- sneakers are shipped from china.we will send the items to you via the courier company,according to the location where you live.

- All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or courier company may hold your package and send it to your home s again. but If you are still not at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. But, you need to pay the shipping cost for our posting you again.

- The buyer is responsible for all customs charges,including duty and taxes, applied to your package.

- Refer to the risk of the shipping,we can assure that the parcels can be successfully left china.But if your parcels are blocked by your local customs, we can try our best to have the parcels

released, but We will not be in charge of resending your items.

- Shoes are sent to you through express, such as DHL、TNT、UPS、EMS or FEDEX.Please advise me your detail address and telephone number for safe shipping.
